Shipping Costs

Shipping and/or handling costs are not included in the price and will be shown before completing your purchase, depending on the delivery address of each order.

Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and areas outside the European Customs Union do not include import duties (tariffs), which must be paid in cash at the destination by the recipient.

Placing an Order

To place an order, you must visit www.martagarcia.net or www.seleccioncosmetica.com and register as a user by completing the electronic form provided on the website and following the instructions indicated.

After registration, to purchase products, you must add the desired item to the shopping cart, following the on-screen instructions, complete the order form, and confirm it.

Prices and offers displayed on the website are valid exclusively for online orders made at www.martagarcia.net. All prices include VAT.

Order confirmation by the customer expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general terms and conditions as part of the contract. The electronic document formalizing the contract will be stored on the website and accessible through the user’s control panel.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by BC Wellness Home constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between BC Wellness Home and its customers. BC Wellness Home will store the electronic contract document, which will remain accessible.

Once the purchase has been made, and within a maximum of 24 hours, Customer Service will send you a confirmation email. If you disagree with the data provided, you may request modifications or cancellation of the contract.

Language and Contact

The contract may be formalized in Spanish.

Product Availability

The product selection offered on www.martagarcia.net is valid while products are visible on the website.

As this is an online store, stock is updated in real time. Therefore, it may occasionally happen that an item becomes out of stock during the purchase process, in which case the order cannot be completed.

Delivery Times

Products will be shipped to the address provided in your order.

If an order includes items with different availability, the shipping time will be based on the longest delivery time.

In exceptional cases, BC Wellness Home reserves the right to split orders, sending available items first and pending items in a second shipment at no additional cost.

Home Delivery

We work with a reputable courier company for shipping and delivery.

  • Orders shipped Monday to Thursday: delivered the following day before 7:00 PM.

  • Orders shipped on Friday or before a public holiday: delivered the next Monday or next working day before 7:00 PM.

  • Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

If you notice any issue upon delivery (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products), you must indicate it in writing on the delivery note and contact us within 14 days of receipt at +34 623 956 888

No returns or claims for missing items will be accepted after this period, without prejudice to legal warranty rights.

Orders under €70 will incur a €10 shipping fee in Spain.

Payment

BC Wellness Home offers several payment methods:

Credit Card Payment

You may use Visa or MasterCard.

If you pay with Visa or Maestro, the charge will be made at the time of shipment, meaning only shipped items will be charged.

If the payment is declined, the order will be automatically canceled.

For cards issued outside Spain, the issuing bank must support Secure Electronic Commerce (SEC/CES protocol). Otherwise, payment will not be accepted. Alternatively, you may pay via bank transfer or cash on delivery.

BC Wellness Home reserves the right to refuse any credit card transaction. In such cases, the amount will be refunded to the original card, and you may be asked to proceed via bank transfer.

You have 7 working days to complete the transfer. The order will not be considered effective until payment is confirmed, and delivery times will begin from that moment.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase to:

The maximum return period is:

  • 14 calendar days from receipt for all products

Refunds will be made using the same payment method.

Return Conditions

a) If you are not satisfied:
You may return the product. The product cost will be refunded, but shipping and return costs will not. The product must not be opened or used.

b) Exchange for another item:
Return costs are borne by the customer.

c) Defective product:
Within 14 days, you may request replacement. BC Wellness Home will cover return and reshipping costs.

d) Wrong product received:
BC Wellness Home will cover collection and delivery costs.

e) Products must be returned unopened, in perfect condition, with original packaging and accessories.

f) Change of mind before delivery:
Refund will exclude shipping costs. Product must remain unopened.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased from BC Wellness Home.

Product Warranty

The warranty period is 6 months from delivery.

It does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, impacts, or normal wear and tear.

Unless proven otherwise, defects appearing within the first 2–3 months are presumed to have existed at delivery.

BC Wellness Home may request verification by an official technical service. If misuse is confirmed, repair costs will be charged.

Where applicable, solutions include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method.

BC Wellness Home will not issue refunds until the returned product has been received and verified.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 days after verification.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The relationship between BC WELLNESS HOME and the USER is governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Oviedo, Asturias.

Online Dispute Resolution Platform

The company adheres to online consumer dispute resolution in accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013.
